On a cold winter day--and weekend I called for service. Upon inspection it was said I needed a new furnace. That was really no surprise to me because it was very old. The tech, Cody did all the arrangements for me, the type I wanted, the efficiency, the BTU's and cost for installing. I was VERY pleased and elated with the kind I was getting and believe it or not, the price!! The next day the installers were to get here between 8:30 am to 9:00 am. There was a knock at my door at 7:57 am. Both installers introduced themselves and went straight to work. Everything was done before I knew it. ( I had fallen asleep covered up to stay warm). I woke and they were cleaning up nearly completed. I have had bad experiences with two HVAC places in Pekin, very well known ones. Their prices were nearly twice as high and neither had any personality whatsoever. You must try A & A for servicing your A/C and furnace each season each year. They do not try to con you into having something done that is not needed. VERY reputable, VERY Courteous, and VERY professional. I feel so lucky to have them on my side now and I tell everyone I know about them if they are having problems. To me, they are the BEST. You will also enjoy talking with Tara in the office. She is very nice to talk to and understands everything you need. Not only are they First-class, but also World-class!!!

On a hot steamy Fri afternoon I was frantically calling around for service for my A/C. Cody from A&A came to our rescue and had our A/C back up in about 15 minutes. He had the part we needed and was clean, quick and efficient. Upon learning we just moved here he checked the filter really quick, advised me on that and when I asked about fall/spring check-up he gave me the rundown of his services and asked if I'd like to be on the mailing list. I'm very pleased and will be calling him come fall to make sure we are all set for the heating season. Good work at a fair price.
