Took my baby girl there the other day she came out all chopped up her hair is all uneven . They even did something to her leg cuz now when we pick her up she cries.all she does is lay around and don't want any to be around her. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY DOGS THERE FOR THE PAST 3 yrs AND THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT!! THEY DO AN AWESOME JOB WITH THE GROOMING PART I LOVE IT AND THE OWNER IS ALWAYS VERY SWEET AND HELPFUL THANK YOU! ����������������������������

They did a very good job with the grooming, my little yorkies look very pretty...... However, they take way too long to return your dog, I left them early in the morning, by six o'clock they hadn't called me so I did, and they said they where ready. Went to pick them up and my poor 7 year olds where shaking so badly (they never done that before when I leave them to get groomed)

When I got home, they just kept drinking water like crazy, and one of them vomited. I am sure for the lack of water and food for so long.

And who knows how they where treated, they really looked traumatized, not to mention the place is very dirty and the cages are so bad can't even describe them. I will never take them there again! Animal rights protection should go there and investigate.

This place is the WORST place I have ever been to. The inside is disgusting! There is dog hair everywhere, the kennels are dirty and rusted, it looks like it is never clean. We showed up early to be the first customer there and the employees arrived late (including the owner). We dropped off our Mini Shnauzer at 7:30am (she was the first one) and she was not ready until after 2 pm! I walked in to pick her up and I asked politely why it took so long for her to be ready. The owners response, "it takes a while to shampoo and blow dry her hair!" She said it with an attitude and with her back towards me as she walked away. She wouldn't look at me in the face! 6 hours for a shampoo and cut!!!!! Unacceptable!!! Not to mention...she does not cut shnauzers the right way! She came up with her own haircut for them. I will never take my dogs there again!!! Worst customer service in El Paso!! (They are not even worth the one star rating!!!)

DO NOT take your beloved animal there. The kennels are old and rusted. There's dog hair ALL over the place and the stench alone is awful. It smells like feces and urine. The worst problem is "LuLu", she is extremely unprofessional and does not deserve to have a business in El Paso. She leaves credit card receipts in a bag in the glass case as you walk in. I paid cash and she did not put in in a register rather she pockets it and gives change from her pocket. She did not have enough pennies so she searched for them around the shop. When I asked for a receipt she could not find her receipt book. Her lack of professionalism lead to the authorities to be called.!!!! I told them about having slipped on the dog hair and she told them i lied about that.... DO NOT bring your dog there!!!!

honestly, this business on George D is outstanding! Took my Moms dog in for a 911 grooming.... the owner lady was genuinely helpful... they treated my Moms dog very well, and as I could clearly see the other dogs were doing great... I'm very pleased with the service and treatment Ragz and I received here... the young man who did the grooming is very knowledgable and friendly... I do recommend this business....

This place has always done an outstanding job on our dog. I have tried numerous other places but they can never do what Dogs Day Out does. They are always accommodating and very friendly. The prices are very reasonable and our dog always looks great when we pick her up. Even after we left the area for a military move we still make occasional trips back to El Paso and every time we bring our dog in to be groomed here, no one does the job that they do.

I have tried both east side locations on Montwood and George Dieter. Sometimes they are not open on time. This last time, I took my two small dogs in at 12 and did not get them until 830pm! That's just too long. If they knew it took so long they should have told me to bring them another day and earlier. I am disappointed.

Worst service ever!! I'm never taking my dogs there again!!!

First of all the place smells bad. Took my small, 6 pound, indoor dog to be groomed there and was charge almost $50, for just an ok job. Very disappointed in quality of job plus the extreme high fee. I will not be returning.

I took my terrier to these guys and they are great, kind, gentle and patient. I would reccommend them to anyone my dog turned out like a different dog. thanks
