i didbt even get the chance to actually make it in to the office before i was insulted!...The very dry & irritaded sounding receptionist had a HORRIBLE annoyed tone she used JUST ANSWERING THE PHONE! She picked up & was very unprofessional by rudely saying just a simple "HELLO!" then said nothing more just silently awaited a response....I was confused & under the impression i had misdialed & accedentally disturbed a residence rather than called an actual place of BUSINESS!!! ....when i then replied & HAD TO ASK *HER* (which should NOT have had to happen), if this was a DENTAL OFFICE?...she paused & then rudely proceeded "Yes, it is........the office of Dr. Palmer...then paused AGAIN (no "how may i help you, or what can we do for you today?, or ANY PROPER professional behavior WHATSOEVER, just very rude & SHORT) ...OK, i say, i just have a cpL of questions on procedures & pricing if thats ok*.....i was wondering if you have any set princing on extractions or if you offer lumineers by chance?...she rudely cuts me off mid-sentence & snaps "are you a solicitor?....or a patient?!"...shocked & in disbelief of her RUDE, accusing tone & BAD attitude, i answer NO!..im a PATIENT!.....then she said Oh,....well....your # was blocked so......fed up, i answered back, Yes... i know that.....she asked if i needed anything else & i guess she heard the utter disgust in my voice when i replied no THANK YOU... because she then tried to change her tone & wish me a GREAT day & thanked me as i hung up on her.... SUCH a shame to have such rude interseption when the actual DENTIST himself might have been WONDERFUL & TALENTED... doctor if YOU'RE reading this SHE is hurting your business you NEED to REPLACE her....could be WHY before now your office haf ZERO REVIEWS!
