I had a pristine BMW 530i, at least until we were rear ended by a Navigator. PCC did a superb job bringing her back. They replaced parts with new ones and the final finish is better than I could have hoped for. I observed the process over the course of the repair. They took a bit of time, but I was happy with that knowing it was done right.

Highly recommended for BMW/ new car owners. It always hurts to be in a wreck, but these guys know what they're doing in repairing, welding, and bringing a car back from the dead. I consider them "wizards" for all the complexity they address for safety and fully realizing the original structural integrity and fine finishing. A special thanks to the manager John, my rep Joe, and John who did the metal repair...... a great crew to help ease the pain.

I was going to sell the car after this accident, but seeing the work in process my wife and I are confident in the car again, and keeping it! It just looks fantastic, and of course drives the same, like a BMW should.

Yes, you read the tile correctly, employee stole my golf clubs out of my BMW trunk, all caught on video according to manager Rich Pedigo. This occurred on 11/16/09. Mr. Pedigo said he would make me whole. He finally called back today (12/22/09) after weeks of no response to my calls to tell me he would not be paying me anything for my clubs, not even offering to give me free services (which any good manager or customer service rep would do), but to point out that their work authorization form somehow holds them faultless. Faultless for not screening employees? Faultless for not supervising employees? Mmmmmm... This too can be your experience if you choose Performance Collision Center. I lost money going to this place as my golf clubs were worth more than my repair bill. If you think about it, I paid them to steal my golf clubs! Also, it was amazing how their estimate for repairs to my car equaled to the exact penny what their final bill was to my insurance company. How often are estimates exact? It was exact because the insurance company cut me the check before they had completed service and Performance knew what I had received. So of course they billed me the estimated amount even when they did not do all the work they had estimated. Again, just another reason to stay clear from this place. I will be telling everyone I know. Not sure why Dreyer & Reinbold use these guys exclusively, perhaps Performance supplies them with nice golf clubs???
