This place deserves 0 stars! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!

We dropped our dog off for 6 weeks of training and paid cash up front. After a week of calling to arrange pick-up, we finally called Lake County Sheriff's Dept and were told Lake County Animal Control was on the premises and took away 3 out of 4 dogs there. We were advised to pick up our dog immediately! After Pat hung up on us twice, we had Lake County deputies escort us onto the property to get our dog back! Not only was Pat intoxicated, but the kennel and her home were disgusting! Our dog was covered in urine and feces and scared! We took our dog to the vet the next day for a full exam and the vet documented the following: our lab lost 16 lbs from being underfed, she had an eye infection, a broken tooth, lesions on her jowls, and scars from being hobbled (hind legs bound by wire).

Before considering this place, please contact Lake County Animal Control and learn about their on-going investigation. This woman is unfit to board or train animals.
