i went into Napa the other day not really knowing what i needed. Not only were Aaron and Carlos extremely helpful in trying to diagnose what was wrong they did their best to give me the best price and it actually was cheaper than the other parts stores and they actually knew what they were talking about. Best parts store I've been to with the best customer service I've had in a long time.

Wife's car lost power at 5:30 pm 22 miles from our home. Went to napa before their closing time of 6:00 pm and told Carlos I don't know if I need a battery. Purchasing the battery in case of dead battery. I was able to jump the car. Went to napa 10:00 am next day. Jason cut my wife off in mid sentence and smugly said nop you can't return batteries they are perishiable. BBB here we go. Never go there.
