My husband and I recently had a baby and are preparing for a cross country move; two very stressful life events. Today, The Cleaning Specialists helped relieve some of our stress by providing unbelievably detailed and outstanding service!!



It's amazing once you've emptied a residence of furniture....all the dust, dirt and grime that accumulated over our time at our home was embarrassing and overwhelming. How did it ever get to this state?!? Well I'm sleeping easy now knowing that the job is done better than we could have with days of cleaning! Although we won't be around to be repeat customers, I will recommend this great business to any friend looking to get their rental deposit back in full!

I can't say enough positive things about this company & its owners! We've been using them to clean our vacation home rentals. Our guests have been happy. Response time to our emails have been fantastic- The cleans have gone smooth- Extraordinarily clean shows up prepared with a friendly crew and organic cleaning supplies. Recently they cleaned 5 units & did carpets, upholstery & tile floor in kitchen, and have been amazed at their professionalism, reasonable prices & reliability. Had my carpets cleaned today at my personal residence & had the kitchen tile & grout cleaned & I can honestly say that the tile looks better than it did when it was brand new. The grout had some stubborn stains that have totally disappeared and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their cleaning products are chemical free & all natural which is important to us as pet owners as well.

I have recommended them to all my friends, neighbors & family.

Great service- accommodating, responsive and good cleaners. We've had a few girls come to clean and mostly all have been good and thorough. But the owner is fantastic, she now comes every week. I have a baby and we need somebody that can clean and work around a little guy underfoot or napping. She is kind and sensitive to the needs of a baby filled house. However she gets the job done better than any other cleaner I've had in over 10 years. Can't say enough good things about her company! Thank you Extraordinarily Clean.

Of all the cleaning services I have used at my vacation rental residences (6) for the past 12 years, Extraordinarily Clean has been the best, for these reasons:



- Extremely prompt response time, regardless of the reason. Every time I have emailed or called with a comment or question, the owner Wendylyn or her office staff respond within one business day, usually sooner. Had great ideas and suggestions to go along with my ideas to up keep and maintain the propertys (6) in total



- The policies and procedures are well documented and explained to you prior to service starting. I like having a common, written understanding, which prevents any misunderstandings regarding what is/is not cleaned, pricing, cancellation, etc.



- The technicians that I have met have been consistently professional, friendly and polite.



- The cleaning has been thorough and complete.



Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for service .

We tried a few other services prior to finding Extraordinarily Clean and we are so happy with the attention to detail they provide. They use natural cleaning products so our house does not smell chemically when we come home. Prior to getting started, they did a walk through of our home and provided us with a detailed proposal so we knew exactly what they were going to do and how much it would cost. They have been great to deal with and have good communication. I would highly recommend this service if you want your house cleaned right the first time!

We have a cabin in SL Tahoe and have been using EC for over a year now. We have used others in the past....there is no comparison to the professionalism, flexibility, quality of cleaning as EC has out preformed all!! We love them.

Rented a unit from one of our clients 12/20/14

No deposit was returned due to the fact the unit was left extremely dirty. trash left in every room. Stove , micro wave were also left filthy. Photos available. The owner of the unit and Mr O were unable to come to terms. Not sure why we are involved in this review. We strive to provide extraordinarily home and condo cleaning.

Impeccable cleaning each appointment. Easy to schedule with. EC is always punctual, they have friendly employees, a hard working team that always leaves our home spotless and smelling of a different scent each time. The essential oils they use in their cleaning process are an absolute wonder and set them apart from all the other companies in the Tahoe area. We are very happy with EC and will have them cleaning for us for a long time.

After each cleaning, I receive a report about how it was left and which cleaning projects they took on for each visit (in addition to our regular service). Extraordinarily Clean does essential oil cleaning among many other things; which always leaves my house smelling wonderful. They are very punctual and reliable. The first time I called them I was in a squeeze and they were there for me.
