Never had any issues, everyone is very helpful and have not had any issues with parts. The environment is friendly and respectful. Highly recommend to anyone in Zanesville or anyone passing through, I believe they ship parts to you depending what it is also which is a huge help!

It’s unfortunate that these reviews aren’t verified. This guy buys a transmission puts it in says he only has reverse we tell him to check his linkages he calls back and only has forward gears. We tell him he’s still not adjusted right. He then ask for us to pay a garage to fix it which we agree to if it’s our transmission if they find it’s his inability he would pay he decides to bring it back. Upon return the shifting gear was found to be ruined which was not the case when purchased. The man who bought the transmission had someone else bring it back. Seeing it was his inability to do the work not a problem with our part no refund should have been given but we tried to work it out professionally We told the guy we would refund the transmission minus 50.00 for handling and the damaged shifting gear. He became loud and aggressive he was simply warned not to say another word not threatened. His refund was given and he and his inlaw were ask not to ever return. We take every effort to keep customers happy and coming back. If you don’t know what you’re doing hire a professional and save yourself a lot of trouble thanks management Hopewell Auto Wrecking
