Went to the store and was trying to hurry in before they closed... They close at nine and my phone and clock time said 8:55... The girl that was working on 6/25/2014 saw us getting out of the car to walk in and she ran to the door and locked the door and said closed bye. Really is this how petsense trains their employees? I spent well over 60 dollars in this store every week and will never go back!

Horibble customer service, staff knows nothing about animals. Every time I go in there the employees are rude and have no idea what im talking about when I ask a question. Go to just pets by subway. They always have what I need and always have a solution to my animal problems. There is one guy there I would go to before id go to a vet.

Very large selection of pet supplies. Very friendly staff, and they seem to know what they are talking about. And the store is clean.
