I understand the cost of the battery replacement ($6 each) and to some degree the labor (another $6 for each), but what they charge for band adjustment is outrageous ($15). I made the mistake of not asking how much that service was before it was done and I've learned my lesson. I could have just taken it to Dillards' watch department and they would have done the band link adjustment for free.
