This guy might be representing my son in a false abuse accusation. If he vindicates my kid, I will bring flowers to his office every week for the rest of his life.

Richard was friendly and knowledgeable, and in court he presented himself perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great lawyer.

Mr Ghan is great if he's working for you. He did a great job on my family law matter. He was up front on what to expect the whole time. He negotiated a deal that works great for me and my kids. His staff is professional and caring! Thanks for the great work

This is something I normally don't do, however the more I here his ads the more it upsets me. I can say that he is the worst attorney I have ever had. Very prompt, kind and friendly until he gets his money, then he is the courts best friend. I could go on and on about not being able to make appointments often and easily to see him. etc...etc... in the end I felt it was me against my attorney and all of the court officers. My attorney Richard Ghan never once actually sit and talked to me about what happened from my point of view. I felt like I was in the movie (A few good men) I felt like, My punishment and fines were determined up front. I know I am long winded however I want to say, If I was you I would not obtain services from this attorney.

Purchased a home in Hemet and the owner falsified the work to be completed. Roof caved in and I was exposed to mold. Insurance company would not pay for damages due to fraud.

Finally was able to go to court and won the settlement. This attorney represented his client (Rodney and Sue Collins) has having the funds to pay the settlement. This did not occur. Saw him recently in a resturant and said he was just the pilot. A pilot makes sure his aircraft is flyable and can perform.



If you are a defendant never let your lawyer accept any deal with this guy, He is a fat slimy liar.

Having to file a formal complaint with the State Bar against him.

Never use him.
