I've been going here regularly for my brows. I really like Nancy. Today I went to get a pedi and the guy was plain rude. Lost me as a customer.

RUDE! The nail tech argued with me when I chose to change from a gel to regular manicure because the gel only lasted one week before peeling- I wasn't asking for a refund- I just wasn't going to pay $30/ week to keep them up!!! He started enlisting the ONE client he had to agree with him and cut me off every time I tried to talk ~ 1 client on a Sat... I see why!

This place is a nightmare. The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. I had a gel manicure done there and after five days the gel was lifting and breaking off and when I went back to politely discuss this problem I was yelled at and told that there was no problem even after another customer whom I didn't know gave her opinion which was that there was clearly something wrong. I'm assuming they use cheap materials and that why this whole thing happened. This place may be a little cheaper then the other nail salons in town but you will pay in the end when you are going somewhere else to have your nails redone! I will never go to this place again. Also seems dirty.

have been their twice to get my nails done the dude was wierd n rude but i loved his work.

went once and didn't like it - same with a friend. we'll never go again. since i was there i have had problems with my toenails and a friend had her acrylics tried to be taken off with cuticle cutters! somewhat friendly service but not the best.
