We replaced a 30 year old heating and air system in a house we bought 4 years ago. We had several estimates and had decided on the company we would use. I was at my local barber ( Mike & Jims ) and was telling him about my project. Jim said before I do anything call Inland Valley Heating & Air talk to Tim. I was reluctant too as I had already decided on a company. Sure glad we did! I explained to Tim on the phone what we were doing, he came out and looked at what we had (ac ducts were done 3 years ago) and what we wanted. Tim was very professional and courteous. I wanted a variable speed unit. Tim gave me estimates on 2 different units and pricing was great. I had some concerns with him being a smaller company but he satisfied all my concerns. We wanted to support our local business so we went with Inland Valley Heating & Air. We got the platinum 20 variable speed Air and matching Heater. As we got to know Tim we found him to be very honest and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor, very qualified as he has several NATE certifications. His workmanship is great and work was done in a timely manner. He cleaned up and left the house cleaner than what he found it. After the unit was put in Inland Valley Heating & Air has a company come out and test the system to make sure Tim's Manual J load calculations were correct and the system design was done right. Well, Tim was right on the money the company said my air flow was great and the system could handle 1 to 1 1/2 more rooms my seer rating came in at 21 seers with minimal leakage. The company that tested it said Inland Valley Heating & Air did a great job and that there is only a hand full of companys that he would recommend and Inland Valley was one of them. He stated that the units Tim has installed have always passed with good numbers. So I will repeat what my Barber said to me... "Call Inland Valley Heating & Air you will not be sorry."
