We used NC turf Care for only a couple months and had to terminate the services. We had issue after issue. It started with them cutting our outside lighting cord not one time but two times. They did fix it each time. Then we started to notice after each service they were not doing anything about the weeds which we were paying for. They also had ran over one of our grill buckets. They then trimmed our Japanese Maple which was not to be touched. They lied and said they only trimmed one branch and as we showed the service manager when he came out they trimmed way more then one branch. The service manager was very nice and apologetic and offered to replace the bucket which we declined. We hoped after him coming out our issues would resolve. The next service the weeds once again were not touched. They left large spots in our lawn un-mowed. I reached out to the office manager to cancel and she tried telling me I had to give 60 days notice and continue paying for the service. We gave them an opportunity to fix the situation and it didn't happen so as a business owner myself I would never charge someone for a service that was not only a terrible service but wasn't fixed after given the opportunity. She did come back and tell me I would not have to pay for the 60 days but for the remaining month owed. I have asked for the owners contact information twice now and have yet to receive it. This company obviously has issues not only with its service department but with their office customer service as well.
