The Farm is located on 40+ picturesque acres of a 128 acre Ranch in Sunset, LA. Facilities include large 1-3 acre pastures with quality grass and plenty of shady trees. Full service paddock board are equipped with run in stalls. Featuring a charming old English style 4 stall barn, with many windows, tack locker area, and club room coming soon. 70ft Round Pen with all weather sand. Outdoor grass dressage ring. 2 stall outdoor wash rack, and a 5 horse grooming bay. Large outdoor jumping field with full course. Common area for barbeques and social events. Beautiful large scenic lake with comfortable sitting areas. Access to trails, and more!
