Provided by YP.comMy husband and I purchased a car from there this past weekend. We arrived there just a few minutes before closing time, but our salesman Demetrius was not concerned about the time and assured us that there was no rush. His goal was to get us the car we wanted with the price we needed. He did just that. He was kind and patient as was the remaining staff, while we looked at different cars past closing time. The entire staff has been friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a beautiful, reliable car and great customer service, Boardman Nissan is the place to go!

Provided by YP.comI purchased a 2012 Nissan Quest. There were several "miscommunications" in the purchase with the manager present. After I wrote several bad reviews the management fixed the three "miscommunications." I called the salesman to thank him and let him know I appreciated all of his hard work. SAD day when the guy at the bottom takes the fall for the middle man that Ok'd the deal, was present, and is the "manager." Salesman can't make ANY deals without management in an auto dealership. I think Shane was just one of the honest "good guys" that don't belong with other used car salesmen. I am sure he will go much further with a crew of men with integrity. The manager said the key cost him $75 in our original conversation and then when I went to pick up the vehicle he said it cost him over $200. Which story is right?

Provided by YP.comSeems as though the sales dept and the service dept is two different entities.
Bought a used Nissan at this dealership and was suggested to get a remote start system installed by the people that are trusted by everyone in this town as being the REAL pro's(even suggested by the salesman who sold me the car!).
About a year after the fact, my car was stranded with a starting issue. I had to have the car towed to the dealer and was told that the problem could not be solved unless the "aftermarket" remote start system was removed by the service dept at a cost of $200.00 out of pocket. I am sure that this was done as "punishment" for not buying the item from the dealership.
That's all fine but I hear that this is not the first time that this dealerships service dept has pulled this on someone who is unsuspecting. I found a few people that all have had the same thing happen and had the "repair" done at the same cost, to only have the remote start reinstalled by the place that orriginally installed it and the car works fine.
Sounds a little questionable.
I have had the local shop reinstall the remote start back onto my car and it works fine.
