This guy is not trust worthy. He is the repair service company that whirlpool uses for warranties. He was a no show for first appointment. After calling to ask him where he was he said he forgot. He shows up about a hour later and says he has to order a part. But yet on the first phone conversation he asked what was wrong and said he was going to order the part he knew exactly what was wrong so he could fix it right away. He said it would be a week for part to arrive. Well after almost a month and no return phone calls we still do not have our stove fixed! This was all happening middle of June and now its August 9th! Whirlpool has given us an additional 6 months extended warranty due to this company not following thru and wasting everyone's time.
