Yorktown High School is a part of the Mount Pleasant Township Community School Corporation, which enrolls more than 2,200 students in kindergarten through grade 12 in elementary, middle and high schools. Yorktown High School s academic curriculum includes English, social studies, math, journalism, and family and consumer science. It also conducts classes in business education, art, instrumental music and computer applications. The school offers foreign language courses and physical and health education programs. It provides special education services to support students with disabilities. The school s staff includes a librarian, athletic trainer, nurse, counselor, office assistants and teachers.
