We're do I begin no customer service at all the staff was so unorganized . When I arrived my party room was not set up I would not recommend throwing your child's party there. The staff Invaded my party every time you looked up ,consistently counting the kids to my party standing outside of the party room. They offered little shot glasses of water to the parents in the party the snacks weren't healthy and were stale. The staff told me one thing over the phone and when I asked about the details that were told to me over the phone she lied in my face. When the party was almost over the staff again came in my party and started demanding to help us get out quicker. They gave us five minutes to leave or else I would be charged 15 dollars per kid never again!!!!

Let me begin by saying this is not a place to host a birthday party.... I hosted my daughter's 2nd birthday party there and it wasn't what I expected..... the staff rudely invaded the party, consistently watch over the party counting the kids.... they stated one thing included in the birthday package but yet acted oblivious to what they had promised..... when it got close to the end of the party they began shouting to the kids that were with the party it's time to go, followed by them checking each child to see who was with the party and advising them to leave.... a guest of mine asked for a princess crown for her 1yr old and the staff stated she'd have to pay $15 for her to just get a crown.... they didn't allow the kids to pick there own gifts for there gift bags, then rushed us out the facility as if they had another party waiting and stated we would be charged additional if we weren't out in 5mins of our scheduled time..... I was not satisfied with the service, but I will say there was one staff member that did assist us and was very pleasant..... thank you to her.... it's the malls daycare not a party location.....

Had ten children happily playing for two hours and no mess at my house.



If you have a party there, the $3 goodie bags are a must-have. They come with a $3-off coupon and bottle of bubbles. Then each child picks five more goodies from a selection of about 20 choices. The children felt very empowered! :-)
