Provided by YP.comPlease everyone be aware of the papers you are signing to join.In the stack of papers is a ridiculous cancellation process in which you have to call a different company and mail in a certified letter to say you want to cancel,you cannot do this by phone, then of course due to the fact its a billing company that could take months....this is the only company i have ever done business with who makes you go through this arduous long process to not use their service.I personally will never use golds again,there are plenty of gyms that dont make it so difficult
