The office of Thomas E. Haynes Architect is located in Yonkers, NY in Westchester County and  was established in 1981.  Thomas E. Haynes, R.A., AIA.  is a registered architect licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Our office, with a staff of (4) four employees, offer a professional service with the feeling of being family. We actively practice architecture in New York City (all 5 boroughs), Westchester County, Rockland County, New Jersey and Connecticut. A large quantity of our projects consist of New Residential Homes, Westchester Residential Additions and Alterations, Legalization, Certificate of Occupancies, Violations, decks, patios and site work such as driveways and retaining walls. We also have a great number of Commercial projects ranging from New Commerical Buildings, Medical Offices, Retail spaces, Car Dealerships, Churches, Synagogues, Bar + Restaurants, and Educational Facilities.     Our firm also offers services of Design/Build and Construction Management. Our clients are offered a a professional service with the personal relationship and we do our best to ensure that the design and construction process is streamlined and headache free.     Should your project require a new filing, Certificate of Occupancy or resolution of building department violations and legalizations in NYC, we are your solution.  We offer in-house Expediting Services with the New York City Department of Buildings. We currently have two experienced + licensed filing representatives (expediters) on staff to attend to your needs.
