If I could give no stars I would. The passport agency here is extremely incompetent. Submitted all important documents with sensitive information 3 weeks ago only to have the Seattle agency call me YESTERDAY to inform me that my packet was lost. I called Yelm only to be treated like it was my fault. No compensation by yelm and I was told that I have to pay for EVERYTHING all over again. Passport photos, certified birth certificate that now needs to be expedited, processing fee, passport fee, check cancellation fee, and because it wont be here in time an expedited passport fee.I didn't even get an "I'm so sorry this happened to you". At least put me on hold and pretend you are trying to help me instead of telling me that she isn't dealing with passports today she has court things that need taken care of and she is all alone in the office. The lady that I spoke with today who couldn't bother being anything but cold and unapologetic was Judy. (08Sept16) 8AM.
