I recently went through a nightmare situation with my home warranty (HMS) company and there local HVAC company. I have not had working AC for 2 months and the local HVAC company had decided the only answer was to replace the whole system and the warranty company would only cover a portion of the expense. I reached out to kenny's home comfort for a second opinion (out of my pocket because HMS would not do a second opinion). Not only did they not take advantage of the situation. They resolved my issue with a simple service call. Noted that I have a unique system that requires a special tech and would follow up with a contact that could assist me in the future if I had issues. The other company had 4 different techs come out with no resolution insight. Thank you for your integrity and highly skilled staff.

I ended up calling several of these people/companies - thank you all! One that I called, Kenneth W Carter of KENNY'S HOME COMFORT immediately had his office address my online inquiry and he immediately called to see if they could be of service. While he was in the middle of something he set up an appointment, worked around our schedule and came as soon as possible due to the heat being an extra health concern for family members. He arrived exactly when he said they would and he has been fair, honest, very nice and professional- HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and this company!!

Had two new heat pump systems installed. I've had kenny's home comfort maintain my systems for about 20 years. At the beginning it was kenneth carter himself that worked on my systems, then his wife chelsea, and more recently fine young men and women has hired, including military veterans. But Chelsea still checks in with me occasionally, and she advised me about my options when I wanted to replace my old heat pump systems. Kenny was the crew chief for the installation process, which took three days. You see on kenny's home comfort trucks and at the top of their web site, "Honest Professional Service" and that perfectly sums up what you get when you hire kenny's home comfort. The three man crew arrived on time on the appointed day and got right to work. For three straight days they worked non-stop; quietly, with exceptional care to keep my house clean. They laid drop cloths to walk across, wore booties over their shoes, and cleaned up each day. At the end I was briefed how to operate my systems and they are working perfectly. If I could give kenny's home comfort ten stars I would, for this job, and for all the times over the last twenty years they have provided me outstanding service. Thank you to Kenny's home comfort for saving me from the heat in less than 24 hours before a holiday. Walked into a very warm house after work on Monday with no AC and Kenny was able to come over Tuesday diagnose and fix the problem, now that’s QUALITY service, awesome turnaround and very reasonable price!!! I wanted to take time out to thank one of the best people I have met in a long time. Everybody knows my story and knows about the a/c issues in my house. Well today Kenny Carter from Kenny"s Home Comfort came out and stalled our new a/c unit free of charge. I know he is a blessing I thank God for this blessing. If anyone ever needs any HVAC work done make sure you contact him.

Kenny’s home comfort installed complete HVAC system in my home this week. Before selecting Kenny’s home comfort did my diligence and had five quotes with different Heating & AC companies. Kenny was the only one that ask what me needs were in the winter and summer so he customized system for my house.

Kenny’s home comfort installed the system in one long day about nine hours - part of the time issue was had to have the air handler remove for my closet (which would not pass inspection code - due to could not service due to the position in the closet) in center of house to the attic. This is where William was very creative relocating unit to attic.

Chelsea was very good in providing info on the NEW system and any questions that I had.

Bottom line very professional team and would highly recommend Kenny’s home comfort for your future HAVC needs.

One of our AC units wasn't working this morning and I couldn't find anyone to come out due to backlog becauseof the heat . I called about 6 companies but kenny's home comfort was able to send someone right away. The tech was very friendly and fixed our AC. Our preschool thanks you for your quick response and availability! :)

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! First, I want to point out that I rarely write reviews. However, I truly believe these guys were amazing! Kenneth and Michael were very professional. It was really hot outside and inside my house when they came in to install a new unit. They just kept working making sure everything was good and looking neat. They cleaned up after themselves even though I told them I could do it later.  After everything was done they took us outside and showed us what they had done step by step and explained everything in detail. We have not been more impressed by a company than we were with these guys!! Again they were truly amazing and I want to thank them for a PERFECT job done!!

kenny's home comfort is by far the BEST AC company I have ever dealt with. Did you happen to notice on their Facebook page that their company hours are ALWAYS OPEN!!! What other company out there has those established hours and actually stands by them?? I was freaking out last week when my AC unit started gargling, whistling, and then gave up. We are in Virginia of all things that I can live with giving up on me in our house, the air conditioning is the very last. Knowing that it was late and most places were closed, I tried anyway. #1-left a message, #2-left a message, #3-live person but message service...... Needless to say, I was getting worried. Found kenny's home comfort on Facebook with 65+ 5 star reviews and decided to give them a call. 3rd ring and I got an employee on the phone. Unreal. I had a tech out to diagnose the issue and with his vast product knowledge on my 16-year-old system, he advised it needs to be replaced for sure but he was able to get it up and running again the same day. This company and team are amazing and will now be the ONLY one I call f

My review of this company is only good marks for courtesy, promptness, accuracy in diagnosing the problems with both my whirlpool icemaker in my wet bar, AND the ice maker in my sub zero refrigerator. No one at any other service company over the last 12 years, diagnosed the problem with the sub zero until this technician did. He not only told me what the problem was, he removed the faulty part (from the factory) and ordered a new one from sub zero. He then returned to my home a few weeks later, installed it, and recommended installing a cold water filter in the basement to keep the water clean. We did, and the machine works beautifully. The tech uses cell phone texting very effectively, and we never stopped communicating over the weeks via text.

The Whirlpool icemaker has continued to break down, but only because it is old and needs replacing. Each time it has been repaired, the technician made repairs and then remained at the house waiting in his van for the machine to run several cycles - just to see if it was working ok before he left. He then texted a few days later to see if it was still working ok. I call this (more than) excellent customer service.

Anyone who uses this company -- in my case as an independent, not one going through a warranty company, will find them to be an A+ Excellent company. I will continue to use them for any appliance repair, as well as my AC and Heat.

A breath of fresh (warm) air! We have a very old system, a 1 year old daughter, and woke up to a house quite uncomfortably in the low 60's. Kenny came out personally the same day to address the issue, and even sent a 2nd tech later when he had an idea to make it work even better. He was genuinely concerned with getting the house warm for my daughter. He explained everything clearly so I was able to understand the problem and the solution, was professional, cleaned up after the work was done, and charged a fair price. I never felt like he was upselling something I didn't need and because of that I will use kenny's home comfort when we are ready to replace the system. Kenny is the owner of kenny's home comfort as ethical, knowledgable, and fair. We will all sleep cozy tonight and they have my business moving forward!

Both of my heaters went out this past week during the cold snap. (Michael and sons came out first and was willing to repair but it was going to take over a week and left us with no heat. They also could’ve cared less that we were stuck sitting in the cold for that amount of time and offered no other options.) A friend recommended the kenny's home comfort and they are definitely HEROS! Kenny came out to give me an FREE estimate on my other broken unit but in the meantime was able to restore heat to the home in a very short amount of time with a simple bypass until unit can be replaced! he didn’t have to do that since he didn’t even have my business yet. They truly care, have creative ideas and saved the day. My family thanks you kenny's home comfort !!!

I installed a new Trane system last year and felt fairly pleased with the outcome (we have three systems). When in the market to replace one of the other systems I went back kenny's home comfort as well. I'm glad I did as I not only saved about 15% the service was great too. Kenny and Chelsea were great in the initial evaluation and pricing and were very accommodating. They presented financing options I had not previously heard about. The extra plus was with kenny on the installation. They were very professional and courteous throughout the installation process and cleaned up well when they were done. Not that the other contractor was bad, these guys were just better and at a much more competitive price. I still have my third system to replace and will be calling kenny's home comfort when I'm ready to move forward on that one.

Kenny was the tech that came out to my home. Top-notch tech in every respect: listened and took my information into consideration, but also used his knowledge and experience to fully address my core concern. I was very impressed with kenny and I really believe he represents kenny's home comfort in an exceptional manner. Because of kenny, I will likely use them even when my system is no longer under the builder's warranty. Kenny home comfort hold on to this guy! I personally think he's got the necessary skills sets to be a leader in your company.

We own a two story house and both stories AC units died down two years in row. Kenny's home comfort installed one unit last summer which they did a great job but this summer we couldn't afford it due to many unexpected issues so we we're dealing with heat in our bedrooms. Kenny didn't make any profit to help our situation this time but he did it anyway just because he genuinely wanted to help us!!! He was an angel for us.

I couldn't be more grateful and blessed with kenny's home comfort and his team service. Our water at our church immanuel new life bible church in martinsburg wv started leaking water and so gave kenny a call and he came out the same day and replaced our 50 gallon electric water heater for no charge at all and did the all the work for free . I was getting the run around with both my home warranty company AND the "specially screened service provider" they had sent to "fix" my heat pump. ELEVEN days (and 3 service visits without success) of no real answers and being told I was going to be paying nearly $1,000 PLUS LABOR out of pocket for something they could not seem to tell me needed to be fixed, I called kenny's home comfort for a second opinion. I wanted to know who and what I was dealing with, and I trusted the people I had spoken to with this company.

In less than an hour and no where near the fortune I was being told it would take, we finally have a working, efficient heat pump!!! Kenny was prompt and hard working, and explained my unit to me (I came from a gas-heated home, so the heat pump is new to me). He made sure it was fully working before leaving, and my mom wants to bake him an apple pie for his good work. I cannot express my thanks enough or my total confidence in this company. I had just bought my house over the summer and had not established a service contract for maintenance yet, but I know who I will be working with! Woke up to no A/C Sunday 8/14/16 called kenny's home comfort and spoke to Kenny he said I can be there in 30 minutes and he was, extremely rare for any company to be on time in my experience he went right to work had A/C up and running in 45 minutes. Kenny even checked to see if my unit was under warranty before repairing the unit how grateful I am for him check that for me, because I didn't know if it was or not he was very professional and really friendly even though he had to work on a Sunday in 90 degree heat! I will gladly recommend this company and Kenny to anyone who needs heat or a/c work! THANK YOU SO MUCH KENNY YOU MADE ME A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great company ! Very professional and courteous ! Their customer service is outstanding. They are on time and their rates are very fair & reasonable.

After many issues with our home warranty company, my mom’s air conditioner broke down and kenny's home comfort got it replaced with 24 hours. This is in the middle of summer when it is busiest time for a/c companies. They gave us the best price and the best service ! God Bless you guys for coming through for my mom - she is 75 and I was really worried her being in a hot house for too long without a/c.
