They were very nice about helping me find my estranged father's obituary. This newspaper got back to me very, very quickly with my questions.

Yale Resident 456!

This is a indeed a small town newspaper, but is a very nice paper to read. It reports on important FACTS about our local businesses, SCHOOLS, and community matters. Although many papers and magazines are usually politically motivated, sometimes biased, sometimes false information included, the Yale Expositor is always a pleasure to read. It keeps the local people informed of important local events and some events of not so importance. We also have the Times Herald, which is of larger caliber, but how often do we get to read about Yale in the Times Herald????....almost NEVER!

I say kudos to the Yale Expositor, job well done, and thank you for being an integral part of the YALE COMMUNITY.

EXPOSITOR cannot please everyone....but wow, there are so many people who read and enjoy the reporting and photography in your newspaper every week. It is affordable and informational....and it is small town.

I personally would like to thank the Expositor for caring so much about our schools/children.

Too self-serving

This is your average, small town paper with a small minded editor. It seems that the editor of this paper would rather twist the truth, make up false information, and stretch the limits of reason to make a point, false or not. He seems more interested in stiring the political pot, causing discontent amongst his readership, and pitting one faction against another than he is in reporting the truth. The editor does NOT validate his facts prior to publication, and only reports those articles in which he feels that he will either gain monitarily, or suceed in becoming a sounding board for those groups with which he affiliates. I would put this paper in the same TRUTHFUL ranks as the National Enquirer, or the Star. Until the editor puts aside his politics and reports the truth; I can't see how anyone can give him any validation. I feel deeply sorry for the readership that have been mislead by the editor of this rag.
