Very poor medical care. Uncaring. Frequently lie even when unnecessary. I am 68 and disabled and retired. They insisted that I MUST now select a new career. When I refused they said I was uncooperative. I was again rated uncooperative when I refused to participate in their "meditation" practices which offend my Christian principles. When I complained of pain they did not do any type of physical exam of the area. I found a real MD after that. An exam was done, treatment given and the problem has resolved. Do not waste your time, money or health with these quacks!

4 years ago I had radiation treatment for cancer. it caused 100% scar tissue in my lower intestine (100% blockage). they refuse to make sure something major wasn't wrong, kept telling me I was constipated and giving me something horrid to drink to give me the runs, well it did alright cause me to start throwing up fical matter and then my lower (small) intestine run right out of my body when it ruptured. it blew with so much force between my bladder and my uteraus that it blew out my baby cooking wall while I was out of town. I was rushed to a hospital where they had to do emergency surgery to remove the scar tissue and repair the intestine. which in itself caused more scar tissue. again blocked bowel. in june 2012 thanks doc I was again rushed and admitted for the same thing this time with siecures now jan. 31. 2013 and again problem is back but they wont do ex-rays or mri like surgeon said. 2morrow finding new doc and talking to lawyer about malpractice suite.

I took my 1 year old daughter in for a check up. I asked about the dark circles under her eyes. The doc told me it was genetic. I went online and did some research and took wheat and dairy out of her diet and the purple circles under her eyes went away. I also would come in with behavioral concerns about my daughter and her bad eating habbits and they told me she was just being a 'terrible two' HORRIBLE!! I also needed paperwork to be filed to Children's Village, they said it would take less than a week. I waited over a month and called several times, left messages, talked with different people. They all blamed the nurse. The nurses were also pretty aweful and treated my daughter like she was a brat because she cries when she has to go to the doc. I would recommened everyone is better off going to Seattle for medical service!!

2 years ago I had a IUD put in at CWFM. No problems. But just recently I have a had complications with it. So I called to have it removed (which should have been covered in the original cost 2 years prior). The lady on the phone told me since I wasnt working at the time to just bring in my tax forms from 2010 (I didnt mind because I figured after the appt was done there would be no charges anyway). So I get there and the financial advisor who barely speaks english tells me I need all this other stuff that is near impossible to get. So I said to him "why didn't the lady on the phone tell me this?" Wow talk about bad communication! So after the info is given I do to my appt. A week later I drop off one of the pieces of info. And the guy tells me this time that I still need the other one. So he says he will give me more time. 2 days later I recieve a ridiculously high bill in the mail even with a wrong last name on (even though I gave them the papers with my new last name)! These idiots at CWFM need to get some common sense. No one knows whats going on or how to do their jobs!

Ive had three tests done and only received results from the first which turned out nothing was wrong. Everytime I try and schedule an appointment they say they dont have our updated insurance information which is bull because last time we visited (a week or so prior to this) that was all we did, made sure they had the right information. I will never go back! They've got some things they need to get straightened up for sure.

i NEVER get to see a doc, i just get a resident, the last one was cool, my current is overwhelmed, i asked why i was assigned this one, i was told because that is who i got, i asked to change, i was told that i am not allowed to..

I had not had need to see a physician for the last several years. Then I had an appointment with an eye dr that led to my preparing for eye surgery. I had a reaction to the medication he gave me and he recommended I contact "my physician" for treatment. Someone recommended to me that I try Cent. Wa. Fam. Med. so I did. I was seen by a couple of different drs but what I appreciated the most was how thoroughly they explained the process to me. That these were Med students, I would be put on the Yellow Team and how the drs on that team would all be aware of my situation. I realized that these students are only students there for a certain period of time, but I have no problem with that. I had many struggles for a couple of months but the drs were compassionate and would even call my home to answer my questions. I am thrilled with the care and how they have helped my out tremendously! At my age - you don't want mistakes. So I made the right move coming here. Thank you very much!

I am so pleased with the care that I have received at CWFM! Formerly, I was seen by a physician in one of the "leading" medical centers in the Valley only to find that he seriously mis-diagnosed my situation. Later, due to unrelated circumstances, I was notified that he had left the area. I was then placed with another physician of the same medical center (I worked for their hospital at that time). She began treating me and discovered his misdiagnosis. But not long after seeing her and trusting in her care, I was notified that she, too, had been removed from the staff list. So once again I was connected with a PA of that SAME office. She was excellant. But soon she resigned to "pursue other areas". Well after all of that, a friend recommended me to CWFM. I have had the BEST in health care service, I am happier than ever and blessed to have become a patient here. I now rest well as I have the best in the Valley!! Thank you CWFM!!

Im stuck with a Dr. That refuses to listen. I have multiple issues all of which need to be addressed. My Dr. Actually told me that my appointment was only 15 minutes long and I needed to make another one to discuss the other issues I have. I felt like she did not care about my health or well being. When I tried to get another Dr. At the same location no new patients were being accepted. So I tried to make another appointment to address further issues and the receptionist gave me a date. Just when I thought I was getting to see the doctor in a timely fashion, the receptionist said because they have already seen me for this issue that they would have to schedule the appointment for a date that was a week later than the first one she just quoted me. This place does not care about its patients. The Pa's are great, but they are hindered and at the mercy of the Doctors discretion. So in turn nothing gets done and there is no follow up. My Dr that I had for over a year left the program and the practice and I got left with a hell of a Dr. It was obvious she didnt care for me and screwed up my meds as she didnt agree with what I was on which was working great. I am left with a cold witch of a Dr. who could care less about me and my medical issues. I am very dissatisfied. I am very distressed and dont know where to go now.
