This was no doubt the worse Customer service i ever had in my life I was told a one price and was locked in on that price and then when I was going to make the purchase they raised the price on me trying to price gouge me by a Hundred fifty dollars. I will never return here again and I encourage other to do so also don't do business with these people there shameless

I bought an engine from the in october 2014. When I called i was told the engine had 118,000 miles. When I picked it up the tag said 183,000 when I asked about about it, I was told it was the engine's compression. When I asked about the mileage again I was then told it had 140,000 miles. I told the person coming with me that originally they had told me it had 118,000 miles. As soon as the guy behind the conter heard it, he made up some BS and said he was looking at the wrong engine, but i had the receipt with matching numbers to the tag on the engine stating 183,000 miles. When i installed it the engine was leaking so much oil. In order for it to stop leaking it needs the gaskets which are too expensive and with labor cost more than I paid with the engine. I tried working something out with them, the guy in the counter would just keep me running loops with no solutions.

WARNING!!! These guys Lied and should not be trusted! Our companies have purchased many parts from wrecking yards for many years and never have we seen such dishonesty! Purchased an engine that was said to have been tested and would be guaranteed for 3 months. First Engine was delivered to the wrong address, then finally corrected it showed up with no oil. It was also upside down on the pallet, loose with broken parts. We called them and they reconfirmed their warranty so it was installed in vehicle. Engine had severe Knock. Called them again and they ignored us and they would not return calls. Furthermore they refused to give me the owner information for my complaint. They received a video of the problem and acknowledged the bad engine. Shortly after dealing with this company, fraudulent attempts were made via the internet with the same company credit card.(At this time we cannot confirm it was them but strange timing.) We will also be informing the investigator of this and the disclosed supposed mileage of engine they have sold us. There may be an additional fraud investigation regarding the mileage and year of engine sold, as it was fully misrepresented. Wonder if this is a regular thing considering the name change to AR1 Auto Wrecking from Arreolas Auto Wrecking. We have been forced to file suit for damages and will travel to the state of Washington for as a witness for possible prosecution.
