I contacted these people about a phone that was guaranteed and needed replacement. They told me three working days. Three days came they told me it was in Pottstown. I called on Thursday and Friday and they said the manager had it. Saturday...eight days later... they said it had not been put in the system. Lies upon lies to cheat me and cover their incompetence.
