March, 2017 we've had WalVac vacuum system since our home wasbuilt 15 years ago. Recently the hose broke very close to the handle. When I called, Dave said we would probably have to replace the entire hose and handle. It would be expensive. He called when the part came in. We drove up, taking the broken hose with us to be sure the replacement would be correct. When he looked at it, he said, "I can fix it." He quoted us a cheaper price, asked for a few days to fix it. When he called to say it was ready, I asked him how much. It was MUCH cheaper than the replacement would have been, and even cheaper than the price he quoted to repair it. We are VERY HAPPY with WalVac ofWyoming, Michigan!!

Man answering phone was pleasant and able to schedule my service within just a minute. I called Tuesday and he was here Thursday morning.

I have a vacuflo system installed in my home. I have had service several times when the system was plugged. I have had the pvc pipe cut in so many places in the basement.

When Dave came into my home, I could tell he was a skilled man with the ability to think through the system. He tested the unit in the garage to see that it was working well.

Then he went to the first wall plug in and found a big plug up in the loft. He ran a cloth through the system from the first to the last connection for my hose. Cloths went through the system and landed in the unit in the garage. I could not be happier. It is great having my vacuum system running again but it is even more satisfying having great service.
