I can understand why Fox has such good ratings. The staff were friendly, dealership was warm and welcoming, but I had a horrible experience. I believe that I was a victim of "bait and switch". I drove 2hrs from Redford Mi with wife, daughter and 5 month old baby in truck with a rented uhaul trailer attached to purchase a "Green" zx14. I switched insurance from current bike to cover new bike. I arrived at the dealership and they prepped a "black" ZX14(still don't know how that happened, but not holding that against anyone). So now I had to call state farm back and switch to "other" new bike ( $50.00 bucks per policy change). We went to the green one (same stock number on website) and it had special exhaust that didn't show on webpage so the price would now be higher. They offered to take off the special exhaust (would take 5hrs) and sell at lower price. I was going to purchase with "Special Exhaust", but that would void factory warranty so I declined. I thought it was an honest mistake until a guy there told me they did the same thing to him on the same bike. I spent a total of 5hrs there and left empty handed. They did reimburse me for my gas. it was a nice dealership, just horrible experience.

Earlier this week spent 10 minutes in line while parts guy blabbed with his buddy. 3 people waiting in line until he decided to ask me what I was looking for. Today called and was put on hold over 10 minutes.

Everyone is always so helpful at this location . Troy Van hooren is very helpful . He is very knowledgable. He is great to us. Always come in to say hi, we always end up buying more then what we were, by him telling us how well and awesome the gear is.
