Great customer service. I drive a long distance just to come to this store and bought all my scrubs here. The owner went above and beyond to make me happy. I highly recommend this store.

Customer is always right

This is apparently not the motto at this store. I chose this store to help support a local business and I purchased 4 items which had to be ordered and actually were back ordered so it was 2 weeks before the first shipment came in. This was not the problem. I was given 3 of the 4 items and was told the other was still b/o and would receive a call when it came in but likely another 2 weeks. Still no problem. At the 2 week mark I called to check on the status and was told it still had not arrived but I would receive a call as soon as it did and I did not have to follow up. In another 3 weeks, I remembered I had not received my call so I called and here came the problem. I was told I had in fact been given all 4 items and she "clearly remembered" the pickup. However my closet tells a different story and she would not hear my side of the story or admit that she might not be correct as "her books" did not show any b/o items for me. After this rude phone call I came by her store the following morning and waited for 45min past the store's stated opening time with no show. I left a vm to state when I could next come by and drive off. I drove back past the store and she showed up to open minutes after I left and then we had another rude phone call to discuss the situation again in which ended with her hanging up on me. A week later I finally had a chance to go in and she stated she could not refund my money but would reorder the piece. This is the last thing I wanted since I wanted this ordeal complete. She proceeded to call it a "charity" order instead of admitting that I could be telling the truth and had in fact never received the piece. My daughters were with me at this interaction and my 8 year old actually told me after we left "can't she let the customer talk!". I did get my 4 pieces I originally paid for 2 months later, but will never step foot in that store again and I hope others choose to do business elsewhere as well. The owner would learn a lot from simply listening to the customer. I have never been treated as unprofessionally as I was with her.
