They are super fast and friendly! All there gear is updated and nice. The guys there make sure you get everything you need! Going here is just apart of the experience of going up to the mountain.

I went skiing with my girlfriend last weekend. We saw McGraths Ski Rental on the side of the road, and decided to rent snowboards, purchase gloves, and she needed waterproof snow pants for the slopes. Everything was fine until she realized that her rented pair of snow pants were anything but water resistant. I actually spent more time in the snow than my girlfriend did, and although my cheap 20 dollar pair of snow pants were completely dry at the end of the day, her rented pair of snow pants were completely wet. We rented the pants for only 7 dollars for the day, so I figured it would be no problem to get a refund, or at least an apology.
When we arrived at McGraths around 3PM (we were on the slopes for about 5 hours), I explained very nicely to the owner that my pants were completely dry and that hers were drenched. He rudely explained that he had only said that here rented snow pants were just "water resistant" and not "water proof". This is not what he had said to us when he rented us the pants earlier in the day, and the pants were as water resistant as a pair of untreated jeans. I explained to him that both my girlfriend and I had spent about the same amount of time in the snow (we are both snowboarding beginners, and were side by side practically the entire day). We had spent about 100 dollars at his business already, and spending 7 extra dollars for a product that did not work at all seemed unfair. I asked nicely if he would refund the seven dollars, and he just said "no" and moved on to the next customer. He didn't attempt to apologize, and his only explanation was that the pants were "water-resistant" which I showed him were obviously not. I was quite surprised that he refused to refund her money, or at least apologize and try to make it up to us somehow.

Had an amazing time at McGraths. The place was sort of busy but I was in and out with all my equipment in probably 5 min flat.

Family owned and run for 35 years. It’s right next to the only gas station/ mini mart in town. Great prices and fun staff

You can not beat their prices! It is $23 for board boot and binding, $15 for skis boots and poles. Over all great place to rent!

The only place I will ever go to rent anything. The owner is an amazing guy who took his time to help me with my ski boots as well as my kids.
