Insulation Pros was contracted to insulate my new construction. They were to insulate the entire house and insulate with 20 inches of cellulose spray- in insulation in the attic. They only sprayed approximately 7 inches. It took many phone calls to get them to come back out and complete the job as agreed. After the carpenters completed the trim work on the windows and doors, I discovered none of the windows or doors had been insulated. They did not come back out to resolve this problem. Someone else came out and removed all the trim and insulated the windows and doors and reinstalled the trim. Aside from the time and expense this was a terrible inconvenience since we were living in the house at that time. The wind blowing through the window framing is how we discovered no insulation was ever installed. One star is too much for this company. I would never recommend them to anyone.
