The Doctors and staff are wonderful. I called as a new patient with an emergency and they were able to see me the same day. Thank you All Smiles.

I liked these dentists and their assistants and thought they did good work. The problem was in the billing for my last visit. I was there last month to repair a small filling that had come out (did xray and replaced it), and then had the same scenario on a different tooth this month. A small filling had come out and they xrayed it and quickly and easily replaced it. When I went to pay the bill I asked the receptionist why it was $100 more than the last visit, same procedure.

She said: This was a large filling this time.

Me: No, it wasn't (I know, because I could feel it with my tongue - it was not large).

Recptionist: Well we didn't charge you for an exam last time but we can't do that every time, and need to charge for the exam this time. And a different material was used for this filling. (Not true - I have the bills - it was the same material - Composite).

I paid the bill and left but the feeling of being taken advantage of still feels upsetting. From the moment she said that this was a large filling, I knew it was excuses and not the truth. Lesson learned - instead of feeling trusting and getting comfortable with them, I should have asked pricing before saying yes, go ahead and do this. Unfortunately I wlll now need to find a different dentist as I just cannot go back there with this feeling about them.
