Provided by Superpagesi called to put a claim in for theft in my home. was told an agent would call within 2 days. I called the insurance company myself a few days later when I never heard from anyone. Sullivan and Garrity never did it. I had to do the claim myself. What is the point of an agent if they are going to do absolutely nothing!
