Founded in 1938, Rand-Whitney Group is a corrugated container manufacturer. Together with its affiliates International Forest Products and Rand-Whitney Containerboard, the Rand-Whitney Group comprises one of the largest suppliers of paperboard products in the country. The main operating divisions in the Rand-Whitney Group are managed independently. The Rand-Whitney Group includes two divisions container and packaging. The container division designs and produces corrugated shipping cases, consumer packaging, merchandising displays as well as corrugated die-cuts and inserts. This operating division is composed of Rand-Whitney Container LLC, Rand-Whitney Container Southeast LLC, Rand-Whitney Container Northeast LLC, and Rand-Whitney Container Newtown LLC. Rand-Whitney Industries is the manufacturing entity in the Container Division. The packaging division is equipped to produce orders of every size and degree of complexity, from small test market quantities to multi-million lots, ranging from one to six colors, leaf-stamped and lacquer-coated. This operating division is composed of Rand-Whitney Packaging Corp.
