If I could not give a star I would. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. There seems to be a systemic issue with the below reviews. I too experienced a new supervisor complaining about her ex-husband and teenage son....Professional not...I felt like counselor and didn't get the info I needed.

Worst customer service ever. Can't give them zero or I would. Ever since they bought Diabetes Specialty Center, order efficiency, accuracy and follow up has been horrific. Zero customer service skills.



Hold time for billing (who you have to talk to any time there is a delay in shipping, with no correlation to actual balances owed or due...go figure) have never lasted for less than 10 minutes.



Apparently company policy to blind transfer between departments so regardless of dialog or time spent with a particular department, if you get transferred, be prepared to recite all over again. Regularly, they will even transfer you to other companies within their global footprint, in error nonetheless.



Moving scripts elsewhere - not worth the headache, and with diabetic pump supplies averaging $1,100 per month with insulin, it seems there are quite a few folks that wold welcome over $11,000 per year in gross revenue. Not these guys.
