Amanda, is great...my dog had several bad experiences with groomers at Pet store chain and had to be sedated in order to even go. I began looking for someone who was local and perhaps able to deal with this situation when I found Fur Elegance. I only had to sedate Gracie a few times before she got use to Amanda's loving ways and now she doesn't require that any longer. We on occasion might have a slight relapse, but Amanda is a pro and is able to get her to relax long enough to finish. I will never take my fur baby to anyone else. If you live in McHenry County look her up. She now has a location in Woodstock. Thank you Amanda for treating my little girl like she was your own.
