Poor customer service. Suit was supposed to be shipped to the school for free but with tryouts that time had passed so instead of paying the $14.99 shipping fee I opted to pick up at a location. It arrived and I received a voice message stating if I wanted to have it shipped to my home it would be $8.00, I called back that same day leaving a voice mail for them that I would like to ship to home and to please call me back. No return call and no suit. I called on a day they were closed and left a vm to please call me back. They called Monday and left a vm, I called back and spoke to an actual human and said please ship, it was shipped 3 days later, leaving me to have to call again and not a single person knew what was going on. Finally got it sorted out but not a fun experience at all
