Owner was not a nice person. I was returning a candle for my sister with the receipt. She bought it while I was with her but lives in a different area of town so I offered to return it for her. The candle would not stay lit even when brand new. Owner insinuated it was purchased at another store. She basically called me a liar in front of other customers standing close by. I will NEVER step foot in her store again. I am far from a dishonest person and she made me feel very small. Very uncomfortable situation and embarrassing. Don't question my honesty when you don't even begin to know me.

I happened to walk into this store for the first time today with two of my friends. One of my friends, who had been in the store before, was very rudely asked to leave before the police were called. As I had no idea what was going on, the lady asked her to leave again and we very calmly left, very baffled. We went to a few other stores, walked around and a cop then approached all of us. Long story short, some situation that happened with my friend and the owner of that store, years ago, could have been handled very differently. The woman was loud and rude when all she had to do was politely ask my friend to leave. She didn't have to make a scene, especially in front of me and my other friend who had never been in the store! I am shocked and appalled at her lack of professionalism and will not be visiting that store ever again! You lost two customers today plus all the other people I will be telling about this horrible experience!
