never really had a great experience with this place I go there bc it's convenient. I went there this week got an oil change and air filter change, tire rotation and it cost me $150. when they tell you the prices then they tell you they are throwing a coupon but you really still paying for the same items that they're talking about they give you a $20 coupon but they charge you $20 to rotate your tires most places do it for free. the carwash absolutely sucks 40 bucks 50 bucks for service that you could do by yourself at home doing a much better job. you pay for convenience

I want to warn everyone to avoid the Havoline Express on 1490 Towne Lake Parkway, Woodstock, GA 30189. They are extremely rude and jack up the price of an oil change after you commit to the service.



They did not review any recommendations with me when they completed the service, and I had to pop the hood myself and check the oil level to confirm that they in fact changed my oil.



Then, the manager berated me because I threw a paper towel in a trash can that he says was not for trash! Crazy!
