My A/C went out. Called Greg at Arp's H/A and agreed to meet up the next morning. The next morning came, no call/no show. I called went to vmail, left msg no callback. I texted, no response. You left me hanging Greg! Not cool. Never had anyone refuse to take my money like that. Finally got one of your competitors to come and take care of it. Turns out you thumbed your nose at a $500 blower motor replacement.
