Rude Doctor

I have been going to the clinic in woodridge on woodward, I must tell you I am not happy. Dr. Umang Patel is suppose to be doc, but I never get to see him. Why you ask? well he is too busy. I instead have to see the lady doctor, who is rude and has a horrible bedside manor. They are not friendly towards low-income people. They don't want to spend much time with you or care about your health. Everytime I go to the cllinic I always wait more than 35 min. Unfortunetly I can not change docs because of my insurance so I am stuck and uhappy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Umang Patel for 21 years & he is a great doctor, he really cares & that matters when you trust someone with your life. I will continue to see him & I will continue to refer people to him. Great doctor, great service!!
