Home Depot can be intimidating to the non-professional home builder. BUT, I needed a slab of wood to use as a low profile box spring for my bed and my sons bed. Here comes a young man by the name of Kevin. If I could define patience and professionalism, Kevin would be the example. He assisted me with the measurements, the type of wood and he cut them with precision. He was so helpful. Then comes Vladimir. He helped me with loading. He showed me the proper way to use hatches and he loaded my truck. He was courteous, patient & always had a smile. A smile from an employee can go a long way. I want to thank these 2 gentlemen for their help. I would have left the stool and ordered online had it not been for Kevin and Vladimir.
Home Depot should be lucky to have them.
