If i could give these people a zero I would... Didn't even have "the pleasure" of using their services, because the ridiculously rude lady I talked to on the phone was so nasty she hung up on me. They refuse to give you a quote until you give them your personal information. When I asked if I could get the quote first, then give her my information, she said a flat out "no". I said I was able to get a quote from another company without providing my information, so I guess I would call them. She said okay, and hung up. For such a small town, you would think they would want to GAIN customers and create a GOOD reputation... but obviously in this economy they don't value their business and customer base. Too bad... you just lost a potential customer!
