A couple of years ago I had my home remodeled, and while the work seemed good at the time, it did not hold up. EVerything was falling apart. Then Preferred Home Builders came to the rescue. My house looks better than it did ever before. They fixed the old work and then some. I am soooo happy with what they did. If only I had gone with them years ago.

What a fitting name, because I PREFER to use this company. Unlike other construction companies they don't try to push any unwanted things onto. No hidden charges. Nothing sketchy happened. It was a great experience all the way through and you should check them out

I see many negative reviews for this company and I don't understand what people are talking about. This company was one of the most professional businesses that I have ever dealt with. They were extremely friendly and professional. They worked with me to design exactly what we wanted. They worked faster than they estimated without cutting corners. My house was gorgeous afterwards

We had a very bad experience with this company especially Nathan, the project manager who bid the job and promised us that they did not use sub contractors. I talked to the crews and they told me that they were all sub contractors! Then we found out that our foreman picked up day laborers and dropped them off at our house to dig out the footing trenches, my neighbor speaks Spanish and asked them at the end of the day where the foreman was and they told him they were waiting to be taken back to the Home Depot. I called Limor at their office and she told me that they did not use day laborers, I told her that I was talking to men who were telling me otherwise and that they needed to get them off my property. I could go on forever about all of the problems we had with preferred but that would take too many pages. This company is lousy and dishonest

we did not get high quality finished product, what we had to do was pay another company to come in and fix the drywall and the cracking tile, and clean up the nails and glass from the demolition, we attempted to get preferred to do it but all they did was argue with us.



Stay away from this company.
