Felina is top notch, hands down. We had our children in two different types of daycare facilities before finding her wonderful place. The first was larger childcare complex, a nice building but very business oriented, sterile feeling, with forms sent home daily. The second was a home where the woman was nice, fun with kids, yet we found her sleeping once and on another occasion the bathroom had light bulb missing from socket within hand’s reach, yikes! Felina’s is the best of both worlds, her daycare is super clean and safe, the meals provided are well balanced and delicious, check out her soup. She updates you and let’s you understand exactly how your child is feeling. Her staff is attentive and well trained. On the personal side of things, our kids learned so much and excel in school because of the time they spent at Felina’s. She makes it fun, enriches their lives, teaches and loves them. Happy Childhood provides very clean ( literally spotless) environment. Children eat 5 times a day nutritious homemade meals. My daughter's favorite is Felina's chicken soup. Felina (the owner) is not just an experienced teacher. She loves kids and they love her back. My daughter (now 11 years old) has only wonderful memories from Happy Childhood.

What is a better compliment to a daycare than being repeat customers? Three of our kids have attended Happy Childhood since the age of 6 months. We truly feel that we not only found the best possible childcare but ended up extending our family. The place has a nurturing, safe, fun and familial atmosphere. Felina, the owner, is not only a teacher with over 30 years of experience, she is a loving friend and a true mentor, helping us navigate through the milestones and connect better with our kids.



I could go on and on about other benefits: it offers full preschool curriculum, as well as music, arts & crafts, gymnastics and logic classes; the staff is loving and nurturing; the place is spotless with healthy habits and hygiene emphasized; the meals are nutritious and home-made. The best recommendation is that kids love it. I frequently see “alumni” (some of whom are in college by now) and their families visiting Felina. Happy Childhood has been a true godsend for us and I highly recommend it!

We were lucky to find this place. Happy Childhood provides safe, positive, and well structured environment for the kids. Every single child there gets personal attention. Curriculum is age-appropriate and geared towards preparation for kindergarten (both academically and socially). We never had to worry about what the kids eat - meals are always tasty and nutritious. Our older child was always well cared for and very happy there, and when the time came to start kindergarten, he had all the necessary skills and was able to adjust quickly. And now our younger child is also attending Happy Childhood and is enjoying herself. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter attended Happy Childhood for 3 years (2-5). The name speaks for itself “HAPPY CHILDHOOD”. She loves this daycare. I think the most important for a parent is to see your child happy, learning something new everyday, eating well, interacting easily with other kids, and etc… We were fortunate to find Felina!!!! Thank You!!!!!

Both of my kids attended Happy Childhood from the age of 18 months until they each went to Kindergarten.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my kids.  They've learned to share, to respect others, to use great manners, to play nicely and all the academical skills to prepare them for school.  They were loved and cared for and enjoyed their childhood.  I am so thankful to have found Felina (Happy Childhood) and highly recommend them!
