I recently moved to Los Angeles from the eat coast. I was looking around for a good loan broker who could get me a good rate loan for when I found a house to buy. Ali with ameristar was helpful from the beginning. He provided me with a free pre approval letter as well as a free pre appraisal report for the house I was interested in buying. This helped greatly. His closing costs were very affordable and I got the house I wanted at a great rate!
