They are so down to earth, I was nervous when I had to take my car in because my brakes were grinding. They took care of me and made me feel comfortable. Getting brake pads and rotors at a very reasonable price. This is definitely my new auto repair shop. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Auto Lab. Scott the owner saved me a lot of time and money by diagnosing my problem with the air conditioning air flow. That fee would be applied to fix. They assumed that I would need my air conditioning stuff updated which would have cost minimum another 200 bucks. I mentioned to Scott that my air would eventually get cold in the summer and my heat would eventually warm up my car in the winter. He said he wanted to check something. He walked over to my car put his hand near the air vents and noticed that the air pressure was low. He took my glove compartment apart and proceeded to pull out a filter stuffed and clogged up with debris. This filter is connected to the air conditioning unit and engine... (don't know all the tech talk here). 20.00 filter and 20.00 labor fee. DONE! He said that his motto is to first check the simple least expensive solution before going further. I did not have to pay that 75.00 diagnostic fee here. Common sense. Thanks Scott!

I ran into really tough times recently, and Scott and the staff were a true blessing. I cannot ever thank you all enough for all the help you gave me. A million stars wouldn't be enough.

Great service Great Price!! I just picked up my wife's car from this shop. All I can say is WOW. Scott (manager) is awesome, he really knows his stuff. When I first called he put me at ease about going to Auto-Lab (I have been a Firestone customer for 12+ years). I told him what I thought needed to be done and he quoted me right over the phone. After the car was dropped off I got a call about a few more things that that were wrong with the car that I didn't know about. Got the pricing and all the information upfront beforehand and I wasn't told "this must be done". Scott was very honest saying that it could go untouched but that it will end up being an issue in the near future. I chose to have it done. Needless to say that I am a very happy customer, they were very speedy in their repairs and I am now a customer for life! I cannot say enough good things about this place!

This place is top notch. Went in to have my alignment checked after hitting a bad pot hole. They didn't charge me anything to check my car out and in a very timely manner informed me that my car was fine. It is so hard to find honesty and good customer service now-a-days.... they are definitely a gem! We will be going to see them for all our car care needs from now on.

THESE GUYS ARE A REFRESHING CHANGE FROM GOING TO THE DEALER. MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THEY FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM FOR ONLY $45.00. THE DEALER ACROSS THE STREET WANTED $95.00 JUST TO LOOK AT IT AND THE REPAIR WOULD BE EXTRA. I JUST FOUND MY REPAIR SHOP OF CHOICE THE NEXT TIME I HAVE CAR TROUBLE.

Auto-Lab in Woodhaven , Mi is awesome! It gives the feeling of a family auto service center where you feel welcomed . It's a very clean and organized shop and they take you step by step in viewing and explaining your car care concerns , They have many ads with specials and deals going on right now and their prices are very fair, Auto-Lab is known for having the diagnostic machines that most of the dealerships do not have for older model, custom and muscle cars . They have various services .

So if you are looking for that "one" place that you know and trust for all of your car care needs for you and your family, then you really should check them out . They have a great group of people there and they will treat you right . Ask for George, he is man in charge and will take good car of you.
