Horrible store, no one came to the cutting counter while I was standing there, when I walked away, 2 none ethnic people went to the counter, 2 people appeared to do the cutting for them, people who work in this store appear/act miserable. When I returned later to make another purchase, the store manager was at the register and refused to let me use a competitor's coupon stating that I did not have a print out on paper( I have never had a problem like this before at Joann's), it was on my phone and she stated that it was Joann's store policy which it is not. When confronted she made up the excuse that the item didn't qualify any way and was very smirky while speaking with me.
