I will NEVER deal with these people again. Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! My building at which I live was NEVER taken care of. They charged crazy hoa fees and did not take care of anything!! Then sold to another property management company who now says they have to raise our dues to an outrageous amount so they can take care of the things that were never taken care of at all!!!!! Horrible experience!! Be warned!!!!!!!

I am very unhappy with this rental company. We've used a lot being in the military and never have been so disappointed with the lack of service or concern for the property that we live in.

I rented from this property management company for the last year and they were great. Although I didn’t get all of my deposit back because it was for fair reasons, carpet cleaning as stipulated in the lease. I tried to find another home to rent from them but there just wasn’t anything in the area I am moving too sadly. I am departing a happy client to say the least.
